monlstlHi. I'm reaching out about the Michael Kors watch. I purchased the watch from Nordstrom, had it sized and had the battery changed there. I'm sorry that our have run into difficulty. I also own another MK watch in a different style and I've never had problems with servicing it. The price did reflect the battery replacement and it was priced significantly lower than similar watches offered.

123markusschulz@monlstl I know hun but I'm trying to get the battery replaced so I can use whomever replaced it last time screwed them so tight and now it appeared impossible to unscrew them out so it can be replaced. I took it to mall and also a watch repair place! I took it to a higher end jewelry store where I get the batteries for my Tiffany's watches and no one can unscrew them out!!!

123markusschulz@monlstl Well I have never had this problem either and I've had about 20 different Mk watches and 2 that I bought here used on posh! I've had 2 other Mk watch bought at Dillard's with this type of screw back and never had a problem either. Most of the time they use a pressure machine to open the backs but this one has screws which is easer but something is wrong with how they were put in last time you got it replaced!!

monlstlI understand the problem and again I'm sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. Perhaps take it to Nordstrom for replacement. Again - the description reflected the need for a battery and the price was indicative of the condition.

monlstlI have apologized for the problems. If you read the comments prior to your purchase I offer to replace the battery for a price adjustment. There is no damage to the watch and the back is pictured in the post. I was very honest about the condition and there are several comments and photos supporting that. In the several messages that have gone back and fourth you haven't asked for a solution.

monlstlThere is a photo of the back. If there is an issue with your $22 authentic Micheal Kors watch, I was unaware nor were there problems evident while the watch was in my possession. Again I apologize for the problems you are experiencing. Perhaps you should attempt a return.

I’ve only been to that postal office twice for the same reason and they seem very busy and disorganized. I’m home now and my sister will here all day long to receive it. Last time it got delivered same- day! If they do get lost Posh does refund you all your credits!
