allieclaire1214@or8 sorry that you weren’t 100% satisfied with your mystery box. This hasn’t happened to me before so all I can say is I’m really sorry. I would never send used samples so idk what that’s about. My 2-year-Old enjoys helping me package sometimes 😑 so I’m sure the chapstick was her doing and I missed that. Again I’m sorry.
