Hi, I’m J and I don’t have a favorite brand, but I love to shop! Shopping is my therapy! I can spend hours in a store just looking and digging through stuff! I have so many things that aren’t listed yet, so keep checking back for new arrivals. Feel free to make offers! I price my items so that there’s room for negotiation.

ericagreenwald1Hi!! I ordered a dress that said it was returned to you because it didn’t have the proper address! I went to check and I do indeed have my address on it. Any way we can get in touch and try this again?! Thank you
Aug 22Reply
jsweet8
jsweet8@ericagreenwald1 Things happen! How do you know that the dress is coming back to me? I checked tracking and it just says there’s no such number, but nothing about where the package is going now.
Aug 22Reply
jsweet8
jsweet8@ericagreenwald1 Okay! I’ll let you know as soon as I receive it. Thanks for letting me know :)

ericagreenwald1Hey- I talked to UPS and it seems you sent it to sunset blvd instead of sunset ave in 90291. Can when you send it back can you please double check that it’s the correct address I wrote in the order?
Aug 22Reply
jsweet8
jsweet8@ericagreenwald1 I sent it to the address that printed out on the label poshmark provided. I didn’t write the address myself. You have to make sure that you’re providing them with your correct address. Also, who knows how long it will take for me to get the dress back so you’ll probably have to repurchase it. Just make sure your address is correct and everything should work out fine. Thanks!

ericagreenwald1
ericagreenwald1Thanks! Can you refund me when it’s delivered to you so I can repurchase please?

ericagreenwald1Hi! So sorry for doing this on a thread but I’m not sure how to contact u directly! I saw that it was delivered back to u today. Can we refund and resend to my correct address? E

jsweet8
jsweet8@ericagreenwald1 Oh great! I’ll be home in a about 20 minutes. I’ll cancel and make a new listing for the dress. I’ll let you know as soon as I make the listing so that you can repurchase. Thanks!
Aug 23Reply
jsweet8
jsweet8@ericagreenwald1 I’m sorry, but there was no package on my door step today.
Aug 24Reply
jsweet8
jsweet8@ericagreenwald1 The package was out for delivery in California this morning, but somehow it’s scanned being delivered in Racine. I don’t have the package and neither do my neighbors. Something is not right here. I’m going to be very upset if I lose the dress and my funds!
Aug 24Reply
ericagreenwald1
ericagreenwald1I also have had no packages delivered to me. What do you propose is the next move? I received no package and the usps tracking system reflects a delivery in Wisconsin. I called and spoke to a rep who also said it’s in wisconsin.
Aug 24Reply
jsweet8
jsweet8@ericagreenwald1 My other neighbor had the package! Thank goodness! I’ll create a listing for the dress now.
Aug 24Reply
jsweet8
jsweet8@ericagreenwald1 There’s one more problem. I cannot cancel the transaction myself, it has to be done by Posh. I’ve sent them a message to cancel, but who knows how long that will take. Do you want to wait until they cancel to repurchase or should I go ahead and create the new listing?
Aug 24Reply
ericagreenwald1
ericagreenwald1Any chance you could just ship it to the right address and then once I accept the delivery you’ll get paid by posh? :)
Aug 24Reply
ericagreenwald1
ericagreenwald1How do we communicate off the thread!!
Aug 24Reply
jsweet8
jsweet8@ericagreenwald1 No, because it won’t show tracking. I have to print out a brand new label with the correct address and that can only happen when you repurchase.
Aug 24Reply
jsweet8
jsweet8@ericagreenwald1 You could add one of my items to a bundle and we can communicate there.
Aug 24Reply
jsweet8
jsweet8@ericagreenwald1 It would be best if you emailed Posh to find out that information.
