@jenbrown1986 hi! For the gucci princetown mules you placed an offer for, I countered 525. But I can go 500. That's the lowest I'd go since I had the soles protected plus tax I've paid over 700 and I barely used these so they're still pretty much brand new😊 just let me know girl🙋🏻

@tinac821 PS if you were up to selling them on a site that takes less commission (like ♏️ERC 🅰️RI: 10% or P🅰️yP🅰️I: 3%) we could figure something out that works better for the both of us! Poshmark's 20% is pretty dang high, unfortunately. I love the platform but that has always bummed me out. If you're not comfortable with that, I understand and will think about the $500 offer. 🙂

@tinac821 it's true that Posh is known for siding with the buyer in most disputes. I've heard some pretty unfortunate stories with that. 😕 ♏️erc🅰️ri is similar to Poshmark but the app isn't nearly as pretty. It's like a goodwill to Posh's upscale consignment shop.

@tinac821 P🅰️yP🅰️l is great as long as you don't get conned into taking a payment as "friends and family" (takes no fee) which gives zero seller protection (scary stuff! Often people get screwed with that). As long as you do it the legit way and pay the 3% fee, I think it's a great service. Meanwhile, eb🅰️y probably offers the best protection on both sides, but their fees are also kind of high: 13%. I hope all this info helps!

@jenbrown1986 thx!!! :-) ya I'm new to selling online. Seller protection would help especially when the item is not "cheap". I sold Chanel earrings, I'm 100% they're authentic since I purchased them myself at a Chanel store. Buyer on posh said item had glue on it, despite all the clear photos i had, provided additional info/pics requested. now she's returning, probably sending a fake item! So I lost my earrings AND didn't get paid. It totally opens up doors for fraudulent people.

I've heard of quite a few fraudulent transactions on here, especially when folks "trade." I know there are obviously a ton of successful ones, but that stuff still scares me!

@tinac821 I've bought/sold online a lot (bought much, much more than I've sold: hah!) and when I've paid for things through the other places I've mentioned, I just try to gauge the person as best I can and make sure to always have some degree of protection on both sides, so I wouldn't end up screwed!

@jenbrown1986 exactly lol I totally learned my lesson!!! That's why when I saw you didnt look shady I'm like hmm I'll go a little lower on the princetown. But I'm not like dying to sell it since they're classics so I'm like if the price is right and I'm totally getting screwed why not, but if not then I'll just keep it lol. I just have short legs, I'm pear shaped, so they're cute but idk if its necessarily flattering on me lol

If you'd be willing to do p🅰️yp🅰️l, I could easily do $475 which is a couple bucks over what you'd receive from Poshmark at your current full asking price. Just let me know! Otherwise, I will take the $500 deal you offered, but since you had such a crappy experience, I would like for you to pocket more $ if possible!

@tinac821 well, Poshmark says not to for a couple reasons: 1) you could get screwed over if you did the "friends and family" option on p🅰️yp🅰️l that offers no buyer protection, like I mentioned before. And Poshmark won't protect your purchase at all since you didn't go through them and 2) Poshmark won't get its 20% cut.

@jenbrown1986 haha ya i know it would be impossible to find fakes of these with my special sole protectors that my shoe cobbler placed. Ok. I just saw your offer!! By the way, just to make sure and so we can avoid any hassles later on, these are 8.5 I usually wear 7.5-8. So they're comfy and it's definitely an perfect fit for me length wise.
