carlenepires @marshaonthemoon No. it used to but I removed it as I didn’t find it useful with the length of the jacket. It created too much bulk in the waist and unless you had the matching pants it wouldn’t zip in. I didn’t get to wear it much as I ended up getting a gortex coat as a gift shortly after.
