Flip cards from a rental store. They have what looks like the box from the VHS on the inside and are sealed. There is a loop/hole on the top which looks like it fit into a binder of sorts. There is some felt markings the plastic that I can not get off and the plastic itself has a bit of wear on it. Please see the pictures and let me know if you have any questions.

kootenaycountry @amjcross81 that’s right it’s just flip cards made out of the vhs boxes. They are flat, laminated like with front and back of the box on each side.
