jillmer@marielabbene I appreciate your offer on my tulle skirt. I just want you to know that I am a dressmaker and I made it. The silk lining is cut with a pinking shear, which means the edge is like a zigzag shape. This is done so it won’t fray, but it should be hemmed to your specifics to look finished. You can also just cut the tulle if it’s too long or turn it up and sew it. Most people leave that part plain.
