What are the dimensions of the jersey length and width ?

Hello friend.
Sorry for the delay in my response, I was away from home.
The measurements from armpit to armpit are 47cm (unstretched) to 55cm (stretched). Remember that it is a Combat style jersey, close to the body and very elastic.
The measurement from shoulder to bottom is 64 cm.
