Keepsake Sheer Ruffle Blouse

Beautiful high neck ruffle blouse with cami. This was never worn as the sleeves are too long for me. I am 5’2 so please look at the measurement to ensure it would be a good fit for you. Absolutely love the design but just can’t make it work.
