For a long time here on Posh I have been messaged and offered on my Louis Vuitton bags I have for sale. Now MOST of my bags are priced to go! I have used them, loved them, but now don't use them or barely so I would part with it for the right price. I have had dumb insulting offers which are understandable when someone who wants my authentic items at a price they can't afford. Those who make those offers are not of a caliber to rock it or earned the right to use late models. I will not devalue a luxury brand to someone who is incapable to buy luxury goods that's heavily discounted already from the original price I paid. Sell more drugs, climb the corporate ladder, sell yourself - I DON'T CARE. Or buy damaged, tattered, ugly vintage, or fakes. Do the math before you start comparing MY prices with other platforms. Most I noticed compared are not in Canada. Those are subject to standard taxes of your province and THEN duties on top. I was ranting to a friend about how Poshers make ridiculous offers and she told me did they add duties? I wouldn't know... She said to me to tell YOU lowballers to stop making ridiculous offers and add 31% on top of the purchase outside of Canada of whatever site you buy from and that some sites like eBay are full of junk. I asked her about Therealreal and she said those tack on a heavy shipping cost on top of duties and taxes. AND MOST OF ALL, don't forget I need to pay a 20% to Posh and that is the kicker and hurts most of all.
