Light Blue Elastic Off-Shoulder Top

This top doesn't have a tag listing material contents (or maker) but my best guess is going to be polyester or a poly-dominant blend. The top is a vibrant light blue/teal and has short to 3/4 length sleeves with elastic cuffs. The entire top area / neckline is elastic and is meant to sit off the shoulders. The pictures don't *quite* represent that properly as my mannequin bust doesn't actually have arms to hold the shirt in place, but I hope I got the point across. The bottom of the piece is quite flowy and that flowiness combined with the elastic top means there is a lot of variability in sizing. The top has normal wear, but no issues affecting wearability. It may require some dewrinkling prior to wear, but that's about it. This piece is not marked with a size but measures up to a size large (but could also be small or medium).
