Bought this second hand and tag was by an independent designer that I don’t know the name of. This dress is so beautiful and well made. The sleeves are super flowy and unique. The dress fits me like a glove and I am a 34D and a 39” Hip. I took the tag off but have barely worn this and it’s practically in new condition.
