MARC by Marc Jacobs Ruffle Top Condition 10/10, couldn't find anything wrong other than it needs a good steam. Sized L but could fit XL Material is cotton with no stretch and a little bit see through. I previously wore it with a cami under or cropped bra top Last pic is for reference, not the actual top.
