MODCLOTH Knee Length Skirt

Knee length gathered skirt purchased from ModCloth. There is no size tag, but it fits like a small or extra small. The waist band is stretchy but is too tight for my 28in waist. Polyester fabric with a nice drape, wrinkle resistant. Decorative buttons down the front. Two front patch pockets. Note: it comes with a sash belt, but I removed the belt loops because they were bulky and looked odd
