You also mentioned ship time, per the tracking # I shipped the day after you ordered. Item cleanliness, the item is brand new. Item description, like you yourself stated, item just as described. cedar_ily Hi, I like your post and was wondering how I can make sure that my buyers ask me questions about products they are interested in before they buy and not assume so I get a bad rating. I try and put good pics from multiple angles, close ups, etc. but got a rating I didn't like based on someone not looking at all the photos or reading the description and not asking any questions. thefancyantbtq @cedar_ily I can totally understand your pain & frustration. My 1st sale got a 3 star rating for poor description which was the buyers fault. I'm very honest w/my listings & try to add detailed photos. I also made this specific post about how to rate & I share it every time I make a sale. I typically tag the buyer on this post so they can read what's expected of them. Just do the very best you can & realize there will always be people who complain & are unfair.
