tomas2016 Hi Brandy I will be shipping out boots in moments just want to let you know that box is pretty big and I could not find another Box to fit them in so I am going to just wrap these in brown paper and try my best to keep the edges from getting bent but just to let you know that it probably will get a little ruined as it’s shipped there plus I think it might cost a little bit more to put into another box hope it arrives OK just wanted to let you know

ladybug6805 Hi Brandy I purchased your silver vionic flip flops. I have the same shoe in several colors. The size is not visible on the shoes but they are a size 10, not 11 as advertised. I just got back from a cruise yesterday and when I opened the package today they did not fit and when held up to my other size 11 flip flops - this pair is clearly a size smaller. Am I able to return them to you?

ladybug6805 @brandyjake hi thanks for your response. The reason they don’t fit is because you had the size listed incorrectly. They are a size 10, not a size 11. I have same exact flip flops and many other vionic flip flops. When you put your shoes back to back with all - your shoes are clearly a full size smaller in length. Your shoes do not have any markings noting a size. I can send you pics if you would like. Thanks.
