meredith31784Hey Amanda, I got the Sophie and Freda watch and wore it around a bit and it seems that the clasp is broke. It comes unhooked at any movement of my arm. I took it by the jeweler and he confirmed it’s broke and is going to cost quite a bit to fix. I’d like to return it but as your note says I’m contacting you before submitting a claim.

closet81@meredith31784 it says it was just delivered today. You got to a jeweler that quick? I do have video tape of me packing it. You have to adjust the links so that the watch fits your arm correctly or it will not latch. I had the same problem when I first got it.

I have submitted a claim since you didn’t seem to want to handle this situation as your note implied you would if the customer was not satisfied. Thanks and we’ll just let Poshmark handle it from here

closet81@meredith31784 how would you like me to handle it? My email is also on that note if you wanted to handle it without filing a claim. Unfortunately the watch will not lock unless properly fit. I would not take it to a jeweler I would take it to someone that specializes in watches.
