@vivifics Thx for reaching out! The answers to your first 2 questions are best explained in the FAQ section. Unfortunately, the only way I know communicate between poshers is via the comments just as we are doing now. You can also submit your questions to Customer Service for a reply within 1-2 days, but FAQ Section is fastest, easiest answers and gives you step by step details. 😉

@lkh259 https://poshmark.com/faq did not contain such nor did https://poshmark.com/posh_guide . Perhaps the contents have changed since you read them last? I am using the interweb interface. Subsequently I submitted a support ticket. Thank you all the same

@vivifics I’m sorry for your frustration, but when I pulled up your first 2 questions, I found instructions how to correct issue w/ your profile pic. It also explain deleting comments which wasn’t quite as easy. I’m using the app, so perhaps that makes a difference. I’ve been a member since April 2019 and constantly refer to the FAQ when I have a question. I hope you can get your answers resolved quickly. Again, thx for reaching out. 😊

@lkh259 I have received an offer. There are no buttons to accept the offer. This is a tad upsetting. I am unable to use the app. Any suggestions?

@vivifics I’m not sure how website works. I only use app. I’ll research and get back to you. Have you contacted seller? Possibly item sold to someone else.

After checking FAQ, if offer was made on item you’re selling, the buyer may have cancelled the offer before you accepted, therefore you would not see a place to accept their offer. To check all active offers, go to the “news” tab, then “offers”, click on all active offers to see if offer is still active. If so, you can contract customer support w/ issue. However, you may not get an answer until after the weekend.

@debalina23 thank you. I repurposed an old android tablet for the app. Where would I be notified of offers other than viewing an item listing? There is a tab for such in the feed, but I am disinclined to click through regularly given the counterintuitive UX thus far.

@vivifics in the news feed there should be an offers tab but if you do not have the latest version you may not have that feature.

Poshmark support, in reply to a ticket, reveals it is allowed to post off platform contact information. I have posted my XMPP address to swiftly reply to inquiries not to conduct sales.
It is an open standard available on all devices itself not requiring a single proprietary app. Desktop gajim. Iphone monal. Android pix-art messenger.
