djkiwii007I apologize for the condition of the fringe swim top. As I commented on the case, I bought it from another posher for my daughter. She wore it once & then grew out of it. Idk if or how much the previous posher wore it. I try not to misrepresent my items ever. I'd like to get this case resolved as quickly as possible. You can return both tops for a full refund. Or close the case and I issue you a partial courtesy refund on 🅿️aypal of $10. I'm a fair honest top rated seller, let me know what to do
