kristis123Really lovely closet, Mindy. I’ve ❤️ things, so I can come back to them. Will put together a bundle later!

Jul 29Reply

mrrussoI think as soon as you list an item it goes to the top of the search for that brand. That is why your item is getting seen and you get follows. Every time you share the item it also goes to the top.

Jul 29Reply

mrrussoOk that sounds great. Once you put it together I will give a discount plus you save on shipping!

purtsiHi my name is Nino Wyatt i did get the necklace which you send to me. This necklace is not CHanel it’s just fake! Shame on you!!! How you dare to trete people that way? You think I’m stupid? I do not can finde a different between original and fake? I will report Pishmark about you. Sellers like you should not be there! It’s just such a shame!

Aug 25Reply

mrrussoThe necklace is not fake. I’m sorry that you think it is but I purchased it from namebrandoutlet4320 on Ebay. It was in a bag of mixed broken jewelry. I have the pictures of the listing & her feedback which is 99.9% feedback with 142,000+ feedback. I am also a top rated seller on Ebay with 100% feedback and nearly 4000 feedbacks. You can look me up my store is mindymaerenee.

Aug 25Reply

mrrussoThe necklace is repurposed which means I used an authentic Chanel piece of jewelry and made my own necklace with it. I stated that in the listing numerous times. I have no problem with you sending it back and issuing you a refund

soledagostinoMindy, I ordered your Balmain dress in size 4 but I’m actually size 2. I found a size 2 now and would like to return the size 4. Do you take unopened package returns?

Oct 22Reply

mrrussoThe dress is very small and should fit a size 2.

Oct 22Reply

Nov 14Reply

01crylandLove the earrings. They are beautiful and everything you described but i cannot get them through the holes in my ears. Do u accept returns. So sorry. You have great jewelry.

Nov 21Reply

mrrussoWhat earrings did you purchase? Did you try using Vaseline, baby oil, or even Neosporin? Sometimes I have to use something like that to get an earring in my ear.

Nov 21Reply

lildee16157Hi Mindy 😁 thank you so much for all the shares. Totally love how we are sharing one another’s closets 🥰

apparelatlantaHi Does the vintage watch in the vintage to now jewelry lot work? Thanks Gwen

Dec 17Reply

mrrussoThanks for asking....The pink watch was working when I listed it, but it isn't now. The vintage Bercona one is not working. They both need batteries. I lowered the price.

cheryl_weishaplHi it's Cheryl thanks for sharing.. If there is anything you like or have questions please contact me. I welcome offers and shipping discounts. Have a good day...Cheryl

May 03Reply

cheryl_weishaplHi Mindy. Thanks so much for the help. I'm going to lower my prices today.. I just haven't gotten much likes lately. I started out selling quite a bit at first and it's kinda went dead.. I don't think my offers I'm not doing right. my pictures aren't the best but I'm getting a new phone.. If you have time would you look and see anything I need to improve.. Thanks alot Cheryl

May 05Reply

mrrussoYour pictures are bad but people like to see the item on a mannequin. If you can find the style name online snap a couple of pics and put them on then just hang. Style name is very important if there is one. To send offers click on your likes tab then send offers. Use the calculator on the page. I research sold prices & compare with condition etc. It's ok to list slightly higher than a similar one sold for because you most likely need to send an offer to sell it. Take 10% to 15% off at first

May 05Reply

mrrussoThen 20% later. By time you do that & give discounted shipping Poshmark takes a fair amount. Sometimes if I have a like I lower the price a couple $ then send the offer. If I lower prices I send an offer right away to all likers even from weeks ago. Better to price at $19, $29, $39 etc instead of $20, $30, etc. I have been selling on E-By for years but its totally different. Make sure to follow people including new sellers and share closet especially at eve party at 10:00 every night.

May 05Reply

mrrussoMy sales have been very slow the past two days but that's how it goes sometimes. I hope my advice helps

May 05Reply

disneyandmore4u@mrrusso I have been informed that the bracelet that I purchased has not been mailed out. I look forward to getting it. I even bought a necklace with matching stone in anticipation of getting it. I hope it tracks soon.

May 05Reply

mrrusso@disneygurl2u It has a tracking number. Check the shipping status. I ship next day & sometimes post office takes longer to scan it in. I apologize for the delay
