popstar95739 To answer your question about the Polk a dot ankle boots - I wear an 8 1/2 and sometimes a 9. These are an 8 1/2. This size works for me. The is no ruffle or sag on the top of the boots. While they do not hug the ankle area, the top of the boot is only about an inch and a half from my skin on the top. This elongates your leg. You need some gap to walk and the boots have some natural give. These boots are sexy and will turns some heads with the right dress.
