@mfurnas oh my that's so awesome you look fabulous! I will say I am jealous because I use to run half marathons probably 2 a year but ran every week 4x a week and unfortunately have had 9 surgeries in 3 years and 2 chronic diagnosis so running has become a past love for me right now but I am positive I will one day run again and when I do.....I will complete a half iron man! Great success and keep pounding sole sister!!
