garbello @glamchick_001 Hi- We don't have an option to do that on Posh. However, they pay for priority and if you ship their items same day it will arrive to them pretty quickly. If they try to have you ship outside of Posh, do not do it. You will not be covered.

garbello @glamchick_001 Poshmark automatically generates a label when they purchase, you can see if they label says 2 or 3 days once they purchase. This number changes depending on where you and buyer are located. Hope that helps :)

glamchick_001 Hi I am hoping you can help me with a Poshmark question. I just sold something that weighs for then 10pds its actually 11.5 pds but I dont see an upgrade of shipping for anything over 10 pds do you know what I should do? Can i put my own postage from usps? I know ive asked you questions before :)

garbello @glamchick_001 Hi- Do not use your own postage or you will not be protected by poshmark. I would advice to cancel the bundle and split into two sales. Or you can upgrade your label, but I believe it’s up to 10pounds max. Best bet will be to split bundle in two. Hope that helps 😊

garbello @glamchick_001 Spliting the bundle will also be cheaper than paying 20 for the 10lbs, which still won’t be covered for the 20.

garbello @glamchick_001 Oh, I see. Hmmm, I would then contact poshmark and let them know the problem. You can only upgrade label by 10lbs. I definitely wouldn’t recommend sending without a Poshmark generated label.

glamchick_001 ok yeah someone else told me just to print the 10 pd one and pay the additional costs at the post office if there is any. So I will try this and see what happens. But thanks so much for your help and Happy Holidays!!

garbello @glamchick_001 Yeah, that’s another option if you have if you have post office near by, I didn’t want to recommend sending if it’s 1.5 over. You risk having them try to charge buyer when they deliver or being sent back to you. A few ounces would be okay, but 1.5 I wouldn’t risk. They may charge more at post office too. I would still try and contact poshmark just to track the situation and be covered.

rolldawgs Hey I have a question, I have a lady interested in one of my items, she has a fashion shop. She said she wants it but her preferred payment is a certified check. She said I don't have to ship until I cash it and she says she has a reliable shipping agent that picks items up for her. She says she needs my name for check and my home address. Just wanting to know if this is something that some people do on posh mark. I'm new and just learning stuff.

garbello @rolldawgs Hi- Don’t take any payments outside of Poshmark. You can have your account suspended and even lose your item and money. Your transactions are not protected if you go outside Poshmark. Ensure her it is for her own protection. Keep in mind, most of the people who request that are scammers.
