Feb 03Reply

pmambassadorrr@stylebyserenity hello dear, it was purchased in japan.. I am not sure when because I am not the first owner of that bag.. don't know neither the zipper has been replaced.. all I know is it is 100% authentic, it came from a reputable 2nd hand company in japan. have a great day! 😊

zgheibgeorgeI keep checking my purchases but the purchase is not showing the bag or any tracking Can you please give me an update on the status

Apr 06Reply

pmambassadorrr@zgheibgeorge hello dear, it is because you have 2 accounts.. you purchased the bag in your other account @georgezgheib you didn't purchased the purse under this name, you created a new one, if you check it under the other account you have created it will show there, I just tracked it and it says it is still enroute to Poshmark facility, hope it helps.. have a great day! 😊

Apr 06Reply

zgheibgeorgeHi Rima I only have one account, are you sure you sent it to the correct address. I’m afraid that you might’ve sent it to the wrong person

Apr 06Reply

pmambassadorrr@zgheibgeorge Poshmark is the one who sent me your address so I don't think I can be wrong.. aren't you the one living in Mississauga? you won't see it here in this account because it is not the account that purchased it from me, if you are still having problems you might need to contact Poshmark ☺️ they'll have the item woth them soon.

michellevergeHi! Who made Valentino Christy bags? I have one and have been searching to no end! Any help to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. ☺️

Sep 21Reply

pmambassadorrr@michelleverge Hello dear, Valentino Christy and Mario Valentino are not affiliated with Valentino Garavani, they are on their own but also an Italian brands.. Mario Valentino are more of high end one, you can see them at Saks 5th Avenue most of the time too.. hope this helps, have a great night! 😊

Sep 21Reply

michelleverge@pmambassadorrr where can I find Valentino Christy bags? At Saks? I’ve googled the name but can’t seem to find out anything.
