jessbrav @mizezmurray hey girl please let me know if you received the boots I was checking on the shipping but i noticed they were redirected to another address due to wrong address/wrong zip code ? I’m a bit confused since I printed out the exact label poshmark sent me I reached out to them let me know if you get them !

mizezmurray @jessbrav I haven’t received them yet, they were forwarded. I updated the address in my payment info but not my profile, but since I have a change of address in with USPS it forwards it to my new address, just takes a little bit longer to get to me. I’ll let you know as soon as they get here.

drgerri Hi! I’m so sorry about the boots. I have no idea what happened to them. I reached out to Poshmark several times to look into it. I think they marked them as delivered. I did not see they were delivered until your rating. I’m sorry but I don’t know how to locate them. This is the first time this has happened. I will keep you informed.

mizezmurray @drgerri so I received an update on the other shipment and it arrived at the facility it was originally shipped out of and says it’s current in transit to the destination (I’m assuming that to be my address), so maybe yours did the same thing and has gone back to where it was originally shipped out of in order to be sent back.

mizezmurray @drgerri you don’t have to check yet. I have a feeling that like the other package it’s going to update the tracking history and send back to me. Basically just looks as if it started back at square one. I believe they are, I emailed them as well.

It got forwarded to my Mother in Law’s address which is weird because I’ve never even been there but she is the same last name and also had mail forwarded from the same address. Thank you for helping to try to contact and rectify this. Now to wait on my other order.

mizezmurray @jessbrav that’s the email I forwarded you. They canceled and will refund me the money and still pay you, taking 2-3 business days and if the shoes still came to let them know and tell them exactly what happened so that they can work to prevent it from happening again
