is829384 @katrinarobert it looks like its heading back to you... the address is correct (this is what i normally use for packages) but perhaps try adding apartment 1?? I'm not so sure what happened

katrinarobert @is829384 hey, the box came back to me today. Can you adjust your address to add the unit #? that’s what they wrote on the box- “apt #??” Lol so I think you have to change that in your shipping address settings. Then I’ll try to re download the label and ship again.

is829384 @katrinarobert hey it’s says I can’t update the address because the order has already been shipped... Can you write apartment one on the package somewhere extra? Sorry I’m not sure how the shipping labels work?

katrinarobert @is829384 Oh no this is really bizarre. I reached out to support and they told me that they were going to reach out to you to confirm shipping address!!Did they not? I'll try taking the box back to the post office on Monday and just writing the Apt # on the box itself (but they've written codes on the box and label so I want to check with them).. Sorry, not sure why this has been such a headache with Canada Post!
