Hi 🙋♀️! I sent Rockport Shoes the day after you made your purchase. I still see the status:”Pending Shipment Scan.” As I have never had this experience before, I called the Shoppers Drugs Post Office Depot and they said the package is no longer there and should have been scanned before it left their depot but sometimes it happens where the clerk doesn’t have time. They told me it will be scanned at the main postal station. Hope to see it scanned there over the weekend.

@rmb133 Hi! I really don’t know what is going on with this package and with another one I shipped the same day I sold it. I tracked a package today by tracking # 1026167337311843 on the Canada Post site. It shows there that Expected Delivery is on Wednesday, December 16. I also contacted Poshmark support centre and explained what problem we have. I guess that they sent this package without scanning at all . Probably it’s a human error or huge workload for the holidays. I am really sorry.

@irynahill hello, no worries. Covid and the holidays together are certainly a challenge. Canada Post sadly recently lost a package with an item I sold on Poshmark, but most items do arrive eventually. So we still need to give it a bit of time. I will let you know as soon as I get the package.
