closetprism Hi! Im not sure where else to reply to your feedback. Im sorry you found there was a scent on the item. It was always handwashed and hung to dry, also before shipping as in photo. This was preworn though and i think you got a great deal. :) i am going to make sure its known on my page how i do my packaging. I have always repurposed bubble mailers and use end bits of paper packaging.

closetprism @raileenjoy thanks for your reply. You dont have to justify or feel bad for a less than 5 star rating :) im just sorry i didnt notice it as i wouldnt have sent it. Its been a busier than normal summer. It was almost always handwashed with dr. Bronners. perhaps a round in the gentle machine cycle with something like borax will do it better. Thanks for all your feedback i appreciate it.

I also updated the rating from 4 to 5 but I also feel it’s unfair to write such comments on someone’s profile vs. Simply having a discussion. It’s not like I opened up a case against you or anything.
