roxanbabin92 @franzbrosola it shows it was processed in Halifax and that the item will remain in transit until it arrives to your shipping address. It shows it will arrive by end of day today. Has it shown that as well for days ? It has been 7 business days since item left Nova Scotia; the only thing I could think of is it may have arrived to Ontario Canada Post facility that is having a major Covid outbreak among employees. I’ve seen it on the news.

roxanbabin92 @franzbrosola hello again❤️ ok so I just got off the phone with Canada Post. The agent created a service ticket and will be emailing with updates as soon as item is scanned again. He confirmed item may be delayed due to Covid. I will update you as soon as I know anything!

roxanbabin92 @franzbrosola Hi there. I am unsure why you would have marked a 4 star due to seller responsiveness, I went above and beyond what a seller should do. I even called Canada Post which isn’t something I’ve ever had to do. I responded to all of your messages extremely fast. I’m sorry the item was delayed although this was completely out of my hands.
