susiesfinds Thank you for your 1* rating!! Lack of communication to no response of a request to "cancel" a sale isn't exactly a lack of communication. I accepted your low-ball offer (you sent ME the offer so you were well aware of the size before you sent the offer). As we both know, cancelling an order that is considered "all sales are final" affects the seller directly in the algorithm. The amount of buyers requesting cancellation of an order these days is typically considered fraudulent activity.

susiesfinds I merely accepted the offer you sent me, which triggered a sale, which then triggers my staff to take an item out of my inventory, packaged up and then sent to the post (I have an off-site team that looks after this). The item/sale at that point cannot be cancelled. Had you purchased the item outright (without YOU sending the offer), you then have a 3 hour window of buyers remorse. Feel free to re-posh the bra, it's essentially brand new and you can actually make more $$$ on the re-sell!
