Free promotion of your closet, "PARTIAL" proceeds to charity and you have Joe Fresh items, your shoes are dirty inside, your clothes are well worn and your prices are high. Def. not up to Poshmark standards. All very disrespectful to hard working Poshmark sellers who take their business seriously.

Instead of bashing the ways in which other women choose to make money we congratulate their success. Instead of conspire against and assume the worst, we give honest but helpful and respectful feedback. hopesposhin @mellifluousmilk what is wrong with selling cheaper brands? I think it’s nice to see diversified prices, it’s more inclusive for people who maybe can’t afford the expensive luxury items but may be a fan of hers. I think we should support our fellow woman and I think any amount of donations are fantastic. It’s making me think how I can do better in that regard, how about you?

handpickthrift I think it’s shady to not disclose the percentage of sales that are going to a women’s shelter because it could be pennies on the dollar. I believe in transparency with my buyers especially when it comes to the causes I care about.

As sellers we should hold ourselves to higher standards. I also do not take any issue with “cheaper brands” being sold; however, these prices are outrageous especially with how filthy these items are.

I don’t want to join any controversy on this page, I think the sentiment is shared that- as someone who is being promoted by the platform, we do expect a certain degree of transparency. Poshmark is promoting and backing this person, they are putting an emphasis on her, above the rest of us, and as such there is a responsibility.

As a company that promotes responsible shopping and encouraging us to shop wisely, it should not be a far reach to disclose what percentage is going to a worthy cause. That’s just my two cents!
