arieslively Hi there! You purchased the Jacob Wool Blend turtleneck from me and although I shipped it out on November 20th, there hasn't been any movement on the tracking since the 24th. Just wanted to let you know I am keeping an eye on it, and if there aren't any updates soon, I'll ask Poshmark to look into it with Canada Post. Apologies for the delay! 🙏🏻

greenfields2510 @arieslively Hi! No I haven't. just says "delayed". All I know is the item was received at a different location than expected. I'm hoping they'd be updated or scanned tomorrow...or soon... I may contact the customer service tomorrow if I have time.

greenfields2510 @arieslively Hi, I got full refund from posh today for the sweater. I've created a service ticket through Canada Post about a week ago, but there were no update on tracking... I guess it's lost now. I'm disappointed, but it is what it is. If I buy something else from you in future, hopefully it'd work out next time! Have a great holiday!!
