kristenstri@jadeneilson1 Sorry for getting back to you late! The skirt is 15 inches, the length falls pretty accurate to the picture of the model on the body. I also made a mistake in the listing, the set is a size small, not x-small. The waist laid flat is 12inches, so I think it would fit if you typically wear a XS. Hope this helps! 💕
