Microsoft surface pro 3

sold as is. windows 8 pro but has been updated I believe to windows 10. screen is un responsive but you can connect it to a USB mouse to get yourself through the set up process and then connect a Bluetooth keyboard if need be. everything on this works just fine, just not the screen and I don't know why this is. however, maybe someone who knows a little bit more about these things could benefit from this deal.
