Hi! What brand are these? Is the metal colouring wearing off?

@j_hampstead Hi! There’s no brand listed on them and I can’t remember from when I purchased them. They have some minor scuffing (I’ve added a new picture with close up), but the colour is not plated so isn’t wearing off like some others do.
