Mini dress from 'Moon Collection'. "Live in California". Super cute little thing with gorgeous details: buckle, a few inches of crinoline in the lining. Waist is slightly elastic. Your legs will probably look 1,000 miles long.
100 % cotton. Made in China, but the designer seems to be based in LA.
