omysoulboutique@marytodd7 Hi! Ok, the top of the waistband measures 15” lying flat. I double checked and the model is wearing a Small. You can see in the photos that the top of the pant hits a bit below her natural waistline. This is how they fit on my daughter as well. The spaghetti straps are also adjustable to help in lowering or raising the pant portion. They just slide through the fabric and you knot them where you need them. I hope that helps a bit more! 😊

omysoulboutique@marytodd7 Hi again. My daughter got the Medium in these. She is 130 lbs. and 5’9”. Because they are an overall they do hang a little lower in the crotch so they gain about another inch or so in leg length. All I have left is the size Small and they definitely run a bit small. Well, shoot! 😂 Thank you for your interest, though!
