jillybcheerful @lovemelikeb4 @poshshows.ca, that is exactly right! Just how do you get a bidding war started with sudden death auctions? This is so not helpful. Between this and low start, how is anyone, but Posh, to make money?

jeansandatop Ok i thought i was the only one thinking this was weird! Isnt the point of an auction to create a bidding warm and thus maximize profits, ensuring people keep bidding higher and higher? This just goes totally against it.

jeansandatop @chellonheels yes yes im agreeing with you 😂 i just mean that if at least this were a helllpful glitch-turned-feature, people would have reaped the benefits and been happy about it. But this “feature” benefits no one and is yet again another empty gift from poshmark.

lovemelikeb4 @posherllaggg, awe thanks! I was shocked how she was attacking me and calling me greedy because I am a Seller. It's weird how people are expecting things for $5 now. It's so difficult to make a profit on Posh because of it.

lovemelikeb4 @jillybcheerful, exactly! We are having a hard time making money as it is! I don't shop from bins and buy my stuff by the pound so I can't do $5 starts. But, sometimes I do because I know some buyers want it.

jillybcheerful @lovemelikeb4 I usually buy things on Poshmark for myself. If they don't fit or don't work out for me, then I reposh, so Poshmark is making money more than once on tons of things! I wish they could vote up with something that would see financial benefits for all. Some incentives to sell as well as buy. Hmmmm....

ajooj I don’t think I would use this feature however maybe work on something more useful like automated CCO on Friday and Sunday so the seller doesn’t have to do all that ridiculous extra work

easternthreads Don't see the point of this. From a seller's point of view it makes no sense. I could see buyers liking it cause they just have to aim to be the last bid in and it's guaranteed to not go any higher in price then it is when the timer runs out. Been hearing more and more how Posh basically only sides with buyers most times now and this feature is just one more way that sellers are being ignored.

vanthriftfinds @runtznrainbows totally agree. It seems kind of silly to side with buyers. When posh sellers are the ones paying the ridiculously high fees. Which keeps them in business. Yet they rarely ever listen to feedback or communicate with their own community. Wonder if they’ll actually do anything about the next time Canada post workers choose to strike again. Will Poshmark offer us alternatives? Or just let sellers suffer & in turn Poshmark makes less money as well.

jeansandatop @lovemelikeb4 i thought her comments were so odd too! First shes complaining about the sudden death option and saying it was lazy on the developers’ end which i agreed with, and then out of the blue she flips the switch and starts talking about greed and nasty shorts?!?! So strange

lovemelikeb4 @jeansandatop, yes, it was a sudden flip and attack on Sellers. I actually felt like she directed it at me. The irony is that I just sold NWT shorts on my Live 2 days ago for only $5. But, as someone pointed out, she has a tendency to do this type of thing. I am glad Poshmark put her in Posh Jail. There is no need for her to talk about nasty shorts and Sellers being greedy!

lovemelikeb4 @chellonheels , you called me a "greedy 304." I understand a 304 to be a slang meaning a promiscuous woman! Now, that is blatant harassment and bullying calling me this. When 304 is typed into a hand held calculator then turned upside down, the symbols resemble the word "h o e". @poshshowsca she should not be allowed to call woman hoes. This is supposed to be a community minded platform. There is no place for name calling like this!
