Off-White Cottage-Core Dress

Ivory/Cream collared dress with a high low skirt. Tiny little belt loops on either side. Beautiful ruffle detail on the top, flowing skirt that just makes you want to run through a field of wild flowers or head to a cottage with a good book. Tags have been cut out out but it fits like a large. Offers welcome.
