Open Edit Ruched Short-sleeve Dress Plus Size

Fits a bit big so looking to get rid of this. I just never got around to returning but very impressed with the quality. Material is stretchy and thicker than it appears. Thick enough to suck everything in but not tight, still very comfortable. Material is thicker but still lightweight and breathable, good for summer or fall if you add a sweater.
