I was already feeling a little stiff then I fell asleep on the couch and tried to stretch laying down and I heard (and felt!) something pop. It is excruciating and I’m afraid my self-medicating efforts will be useless! I’m not sure if I need a chiropractor, heating pad, massage or an X-ray. If there’s no progress by tmrw, urgent care here I come!
