@caseyhollowa353 Yes, absolutely it’s a short waist Pea coat. It’s really cute. With a pair of jeans and boots. Absolutely adorable. Lot’s of comments, when I wear it. But I’ve gained some weight over the Holidays so it doesn’t fit me anymore.
