Told her step by step...she kept increasing the offer....so I was nice sent her three different packages plus extras!!! Well she loved 2 of the shorts but claimed the sweater was too big....so she gives me 1 star on all 3!!! I was shocked!! Needless to say o won't sell to her anymore..

rosebisou5@katewaz I love this. I may need to do something along these lines for my Closet. I've never had anything except 5⭐️Ratings and Positive Reviews. Til the other day. For absolutely NO reason whatsoever somebody left me 4⭐️on a $10 item (Original price was $50 and it was NEW). Not a thing wrong with it. It was pristine. Perfect. And I go to A LOT of effort to wrap up my packages into what end up looking like Xmas gifts. Plus I include free GWPs. I was floored.

I have also had QUITE a few not bother to immediately accept and rate. Like A LOT. Which annoys me. And leaves me holding my breath too. Like omg are they about to try and pull a stunt on me? Ughhh.

ooflygirlI got a IND because the person that bought my necklace failed to READ the instructions in the handwritten card I sent along with it. It's a necklace with a hidden clasp mechanism, so that it looks like an eternity hearts linking necklace. PM sent her a return label and she NEVER returned the item, must have figured it out. Anyhoo, I still have the black mark on my record. It's very upsetting.

Regarding the tops being thrown into the box, not everyone takes pride in wrapping their sales nicely - I like to wrap everything like a gift, and it seems like you do, too - but it is not a rule that people must follow. I would let the person know in the review how you feel in the review for sure. Like you said, the review is there for a reason. 😉

It just seems like you’ve gotten some rough ones at first lol but honestly, most wrap them nicely and SAFELY so that the items don’t get ruined in transfer! ❤️ If the shoes are ruined, contact posh immediately, take photos and send to them.

lizzzzingAs a new posher I would love some advice on getting 5⭐️ ratings. Got my first sale on a Saturday night and dropped it at the post office the following Monday. My packaging might not have been the best bc I wanted to get it shipped as fast as possible and wasn’t expecting to get an offer as quickly as I did. But I did include a hand written card and some free makeup samples. Still only received a 4⭐️ rating and no explanation. As a first time seller is that ok or could it hurt future sales?

It’s rude of people to give a rating less than 5 with NO explanation because of course the seller (you) wants to know why they didn’t receive a 5 and what you could’ve done better! But in my opinion it sounds like you did everything JUST FINE!!!!! So don’t even sweat it and no, a 4 is great!!!! It will absolutely not hurt your future sakes!!😘❤️😍💕🤗💐Good job!!!! Keep it up!!!

I received a 4 before and I spent so much time on a bundle packaging it to perfection (or what i thought!) - no explanation - so it will happen... it’s not a bad rating! Move on! Good job😘😍

roserebellionI also had the measurements listed. I received a 1 star for a mistake the buyer made and it dropped my overall rating. So this is definitely something very important and useful for those of us who take pride in what we do and take it seriously. It can be disappointing. However, those who do take the time to appreciate their packages and our business, it makes what we do so very worth it and turns those negatives into positives🤗 It’s always rewarding and I’m very grateful🙏
