New with partial tag Tag says size Medium but NOT true to size. Fits more like an X-Small Has puff shoulders, lace and ruffles all around plus satin corset ties on sleeves * pit to pit 15.5 inches * sleeves 19 inches from shoulder hem * waist 14 inches when hooked (but can wear open with a tank top underneath) * length 20.5 inches I see someone wearing this beautiful and sexy jacket with a black tank underneath with jeans and heels going on a hot date Note❗️there is a small dirt mark on back of right sleeve (see photo of my marker pointing at it). Would probably come out in wash
