readeadamsLooks like your days are busy!

Sep 18Reply

larainebrain@readeadams they are blissfully and chaotically so:) I like the vibe of your closet. Like someone's cool aunt with the great music collection sort of scenario lol

Sep 18Reply

larainebrainAlso, @readeadams, I really dig that prana dress you are selling! I'd pick it up but I spent my earning on some tops today. Fingers crossed I make a sale before someone scoops it up.

Sep 18Reply

readeadamsHey, thanks. I kind of am the cool aunt type. I try to keep abreast of the generations coming up, what they're thinking, dreaming, wearing, their music. I know the limitations of living on not near enough money. Raised two kids alone. I allowed myself one bottle of expensive perfume a year. Hah! I'm amenable to working something out on the Prana.

Sep 18Reply

larainebrain@readeadams what was your perfume of choice? Just curious? It's always interesting to me how strong our memories are connected to our sense of smell. I love the smell of Burts Bees bug spray bc it takes me right back to Michigan working at summer camp. As for the sweater dress, if you need the sale don't let me stop you but I won't have any chump change till October:)

Sep 18Reply

readeadams@larainebrain The perfume was an Estée Lauder. For the life of me I can't remember the name. I was wearing it when I met my husband. He recognizes the scent immediately whenever he encounters it. After working at a hospital for nearly 20 years, where we couldn't wear any scents, I got completely away from all perfumes.

foreverfortyoneGreetings from the south. Please stop by and visit my closet anytime I offer great bundle discounts and always accept any reasonable offers 🙋🏻

thwelshbohemianLove your new profile pic!

Nov 02Reply

larainebrainThanks @bubblegoldfish ✌🏼️❤️

Nov 02Reply

readeadamsLove your Halloween face!

Nov 03Reply

larainebrain@readeadams thanks! I had a lot of fun with it! Was just looking trough your closet today enjoying it throughly. Did you do anything for Halloween?

Nov 03Reply

readeadamsA girlfriend and I took an Uber downtown Minneapolis to a ritzy restaurant, had drinks and dessert, and flirted with the cute waiters (who were young enough to be our grandchildren). That's about it. But we had a great time!

Nov 03Reply

larainebrain@readeadams that sounds like a ton of fun! I enjoyed every minute of trick or treating but it feels like months since I've done something with a girlfriend. Jealous/not jealous 😆

Nov 03Reply

readeadamsSo how much time do you spend pampering yourself? Even with kids, you've got to take time to do things that are just for you. I know, hard to do. I love children but they can drive you crazy.

Nov 04Reply

larainebrain@readeadams I went to the OBGYN for a check up AND had a nap yesterday😂😊 lol My hubby is active duty service so we live all over the place and I never have a babysitter or decent hair stylist. I never get tired of my house or city though. No complaints, I love to travel, but in about 6 months my husb

Nov 04Reply

larainebrain@readeadams continued: and is retiring. It's pretty cool and very scary. So, to actually answer your question, I don't, not nearly enough. When I go home and have the granny sitters I take off with my cousins or meet up with pals. I know, what you're thinking but I practice yoga near daily and I think that is what saves my sanity😜 or a glass of vino.

Nov 04Reply

readeadamsYou sound like you're in a good place, attitude-wise. I was a single parent for much of the time my kids were growing up, and I ran my own court reporting business. Talk about overworked and frazzled... Thank the gods my parents lived in the same town or I would have been ALL work and no play. When my kids went off to college, I was free for the first time in 20 years. I missed the kids but was really happy to have fewer responsibilities.

Nov 04Reply

readeadamsHey, I got two host picks today. Can't believe it. Got them on my shoes. Who knew? How are you doing?

Nov 18Reply

larainebrain@readeadams I'm doing well. I'm super sore from yoga with my possible new boss. I have a month+ to figure out what I'm going to do. My gut says go for it but, I need to articulate it all in a way that's communicating accurately what I'm expecting too. It's a new world for me navigating making money teaching my craft. Joy and experience vs bill paying😜 How was your day! Any snow where you're at yet?

Nov 18Reply

readeadamsNo snow yet. We usually have our little pond closed up by now and covered with 6 mil plastic, but it's been so warm this year, we got lazy. Now it's time to whip into action before the snow arrives, which could be as early as Saturday.

Nov 18Reply

piefairyThanks for stopping by! Brand new here, so it's nice to meet some friendly faces. I...kind of want your entire closet. Amazing! =)

Jan 13Reply

larainebrain@piefairy awe thanks😊😍

Jan 13Reply

readeadamsI love your new head shots. Nice! My son was home over Christmas with his photographer wife. They helped me set up a new improved shooting "studio," complete with a new professional heavy paper backdrop and new lights. Jesse also showed me how to position the lights to achieve the best outcomes. I am so grateful for their suggestions and help. Take a look at the new listings compared with the old. Quite a difference in the background. Yay!

Jan 16Reply

Aug 07Reply

2mytreesCould you wait to ship the Lucky Donny black cords until the 31st as we are traveling.

Jan 22Reply

2mytreesMake that "skinny" not Donny!

Jan 22Reply

larainebrain@2mytrees sure. Not problem

Jan 23Reply

2mytreesI received the Lucky cords today. I will mark them as accepted but did want to indicate I was disappointed that they were not clean and it would be my guess that the stains on them were from dog drool based on the location. I washed them and the stains did come out but it was disappointing that they were not laundered. I feel the extra time before they were mailed would have been adequate to deliver a clean product.

Feb 02Reply

larainebrainHaters gonna hate⬆️ Come on! Poshmark is suppose to be joy! Dog drool doesn’t stain and nothing was wrong with the pants. I actually feel bad for people. I have to wonder, what is going on in this poor woman life that makes her want to lash out irrationally at me? I’ve done nothing but try to offer a pleasant service oriented experience. ❤️✌🏼

Feb 06Reply

larainebrain234 sales to date 4.9⭐️ rating Posh Ambassador status This just doesn’t happen by chance overnight. I’m committed to proving s great experience. Drop me a line if you want to chat business.

anchor75Hi Laraine! Wow, your CURLS!! and you’re quite the savvy and dedicated hustler with profits like that! Congrats. are these pics from your trip? I’m Anchor (yep it’s my actual name). Posh when I can bc I work at an elementary school and have 2 teenage boys. 🙏⚓️

Sep 02Reply

larainebrain@anchor75 awww thanks 😊 Same same! Two boys and work for public education system, I get it. I did save a lot of profits and went to Iceland, Netherlands and Germany a few years back. Most of my profits are spent on bats and cleats now. Poshmark is a great passive income stream for me because I’ve been doing it long enough it feels too easy. That and I love to thrift in Detroit when we’re visit my mom. Your name is so unique, how did you get it?

Sep 02Reply

anchor75@larainebrain story of my life, twin! Ive got it good right now with only 1 in football and 1 doing guitar lessons.
