philosophygal Hi there . I just received 4 MAC lipsticks from you. I tried the Marrakesh lipstick and it smells and tastes as though it is old- possibly expired. Are the trio of reds I purchased old stock also? I use MAC lipstick always and can tell that this one is old. Please advise. Thanks!

philosophygal @herishain good morning. I tried the trio of reds and they seem fine. It is just the separate Merekesh one. If you can refund me $10 for that one- I will throw away unless you want it back- that is fine with me. I guess a lot of the sale MAC might be expired or close to it. Glad the box of 3 are good! Thanks

herishain Poshmark does not offer partial refunds either on behalf of sellers or by taking this out of a seller's earnings. If your buyer is unhappy with their purchase and wants to send it back to you, they're welcome to open an Item Not As Described case once it's delivered, you can accept the return. Or If i can See your address again, i can send to you Lipsticks from me. (You can chooses 2Lipsticks from my closet ) Could you tell me which is good for you ？？

philosophygal As a posh ambassador I had hoped you would be honest and facilitate a refund for this unusable lipstick. I have not heard from Poshmark and should have complained directly to them instead of giving you the opportunity to make this right. Are you intending to give refund or not?
