wildjacks I’m sorry you are having a difficult time with these shoes. My mom wears this size, and had zero problems with them. I’m selling them because they won’t get worn, not because of any other issues. I think taking them to a shoemaker sounds like an excellent idea. They are the experts and can help get them to your desired fit. If you are still unhappy with them, you are more than welcome to use my pictures to reposh them
