shaibomb @ndhanju The purchaser automatically pays $12.99 unless the seller gives a discount which is either $3.00 off or free shipping and then it comes off the money they make. With my orders, the more someone spends the more I can afford to take off shipping. One thing you should also know that is although the sellers obviously want to sell the items they can only go so low in order to make a profit as Poshmark automatically takes 20% of the sale proceeds. beanhere420 Hello I received what I thought would be my Charlotte Tilbury palette however the package contained a pair of shoes I am not sure what the process is with Poshmark under these circumstances but I really hope I still receive my pallet as I would much rather have that then a refund😢

r2d2to @beanhere420 just added a comment to the case. I accidentally mixed up the labels and sent you another buyers purchase. I believe poshmark is going to send you a level so you can mail it to her and she will mail it to you. My apologies!!!
