susan_2020 @zena99 Yes the side strap is broken, your welcome to send into LV to get it replaced. Minor as in, I don’t use it. So it doesn’t bother me. Hopefully that helps. ❤️

susan_2020 @zena99 Also LV quoted me $80 to get the strap replaced. But since I don’t use it. I didn’t bother sending it in. This LV Neverfull PM is not for picky buyer. It’s good for everyday going out bag for me. I hope u understand. Thanks ❤️
