bekind2021@kristenwright87 I don’t want to say definitely yes because every child is different. I will say my little girl wore it just after she turned 2 in sept last year when I dropped the ball on getting her a Christmas dress (we were in the process of moving) it was snug but worked. She is slightly small for her age. The first Christmas that she wore it it fit her well with room to spare and she was 15 months. I hope this helps! -Jaime
